Application for Chinese Visa
We will be visiting Kunming, Dali and Lijiang, China in August 2015 and we plan to go on our own and choose the hotels when we reached there. Therefore, we are unable to book our hotels on line as we are unsure how many days are we going to stay at each place. Can we apply for Chinese Visa in Kuching General Consulate without the hotels' vouchers?
Thank you.Asked by S L Lau (Malaysia) | May. 28, 2015 05:02Answer Question

- I'm afraid not. You have to present hotel reservation proof to apply for the visa (but you can book them first and flexibly adjust your itneraries during your travel. If you don't wanna stay in a hotel, you actually can get your money back, just paying a little service fee).
There is a suggestion without offering hotel booking things: you can turn to an agent to offer you an invitation letter. With it, it gets much easier to apply for a visa.Answered by Ritas (UAE) | Jun. 04, 2015 04:11
