  What is customs duty for unmanufactured tobacco samples of 25 kgs from India?

  We wish to carry Unmanufactured Tobacco samples of 'No commercial value' for testing purposes by the manufacturers in China. Please let us know whether customs duty will be levied. If so at what rate?
