Question about Visa Refusal

  Is round trip airfare really necessary?

  I will be taking a train onward to Vietnam after traveling in China, but can't show my train booking when I apply for the visa (since they are only available 2 months before travel). Should I book a fake return ticket or state that I am taking the train to Vietnam? If not in a travel group, how many reservations are necessary to include on the itinerary?

• Jaden, do not provide fake tickets. Once the consular officer senses out, your application will be rejected. If you can't provide the ticket, you can ask someone in China to send your an invitation letter so that the round-trip tickets are not required. In addition, you need to book at least 2/3 of the hotels for your whole trip. Well, if you can provide the invitation letter, hotel reservations are not required either.
