Question about Visa Refusal
-
Should I be concerned about a refusal?
Last year I was in China and when leaving the airport I was stopped in security. I had a pair of toy handcuffs of my daughter's in my backpack that I had forgotten were there. The security said such items were illegal in China (I said they were fake but I am certain that was lost in translation) and after a moment of confusion I just said they could toss them. No citation was issued and I was allowed to leave but I know they wrote my passport number down. So should I be worried that when I apply for a visa to visit China in a few months that this could affect it?
