Question about China Embassy in Spain

  Same day/emergency visa in Spain

  Dear Sir or Madam,
  
  We would like one of our Spanish partners from Valencia to travel to a meeting in Shenzen this Saturday. However, he does not have a China visa. Is there a way to get a China visa in one day at the Barcelona consultate? Or can he get a special entry permit in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong / Shenzhen border?

• Yes, your friend can get a visa in a day in the Chinese consulate in Barcelona. Apart from the visa application form, bare-headed photo, invitation letter from an entity of Shenzhen (for the meeting of course), he has to present a valid proof of his legal stay in Barcelona (visa will work).
  
  Alternatively, he may apply for a visa on arrival at Shenzhen border. This is the simplest way. The fee is 168RMB.
