  schedule of buses from Chongqing to Wanzhou

  Want to take hydrofoil from Wanzhou to Yichang for one-day trip about January 10. Need to know when to get to WZ from Chongqing by bus. For example, is this possible?
  1. afternoon bus from Chongqing to WZ
  2. overnight there
  3. buy hydrofoil ticket early morning - CAN I BOOK A HYDROFOIL TICKET AHEAD?
  4. bus to Xiang?
  5. hydrofoil from Xiang to Yichang. does this go through the locks at the dam?
  6. or can I get a bus from the drop-off point to see the dam?

  1. very early morning bus from Chongqing to WZ
  2. same day, late morning/noon hydrofoil to Xiang

• But as I heard, the hydrofoil has stopped service since late 2014. Do you still wanna have a try? Anyway, you can of course take an afternoon bus to WZ (or in the early morning). Many buses are schduled at Chongqing Longtousi Bus Station and the last bus leaves at 20:20. It takes about 3.5h to arrive. It is fine to get the boat ticket on the spot and booking can make your trip easier. But I am sorry I have no idea how to book one. What do you mean by "Xiang'? Sorry, I don't get it.
