  Do i need transit visa?

  hi im traveling from DUBAI via emirates airlines to PEK beijing and after 3hrs flight Going to MANILA via Cebu pacific. do i need to pass thru immigration and get my luggage then proceed to departure? by this situation do i need transit visa? 3hrs time interval then i will fly again to my final destination MANILA.

• Do you book it a through journey instead of saparate ones? If so, you have to go through immigration at PEK, but no need to reclaim your luggage. Also no visa is needed. You will easily finish the transfer procedure in the restricted area.
