• Hi, I just know it is annually held in the tenth month of lunar calendar and lasts for five days, but am not sure about the exact dates in 2016. I suggest you experience it in Honghe County, Hani and Yi Minorities Atonomous Pefecture, Yunnan Province. The festival there is very grand.
