  Hi i applied for a visa last week and they didnt issue it for me.

  what are the possible cause and can i apply for another visa again?

• Oh, it can be caused by many reasons. Probably you miss some documents, you have no bank account statement or there is a criminal record. Just check the requirements for application further and try it again.
