Question about China Embassy in Spain

  Visa but no residence card yet

  Hello. I am an Australian citizen but with a 3month visa for Spain (a one year residence permit but I have to go to my local town hall in Girona to finalise this). I need to apply for a Chinese visa urgently. Can I apply with just my visa (I don't believe my residence permit will be completed in time)? I need to apply in Barcelona. Where do I need to apply exactly? How long does it usually take for the chinese visa To be approved?

It is located at Carrer de lleó XIII, No.34, Barcelona. It usually takes about 4 to 5 days.
