Question about Guangzhou Yang Cheng Tong Card

  I stay at a hotel close to Chigang metro station in Guangzhou

  Where can I refund the Yang Cheng Tong card? Can I refund it at the airport? And what is the working hour of customer service office?

• You can refund the card at Customer Service Centers. The nearest one is Kecun Metro Station Customer Service Center. It is open from 9:00 to 19:00 on weekdays; 10:00 to 16:00 on weekends. You can take metro line 8 from Chigang Station to Kecun Station. I am sorry that you cannot refund it at the airport.
