  Are there knives and forks available in restaurants in China?

  We are going to China in two weeks and we're told we will have to use chopsticks at every meal as there may not be forks at some restaurants.

• Well, chopsticks are widely used in Chinese restaurants. Yes, there may not be forks at some restaurants. But you can use knives and folks in western restaurants. :)
