Question about Guangzhou Yang Cheng Tong Card

  Hi, I will travel to Guangzhou east railway station by subway.

  Can you please advise me whether I can:
  1) Return Yan Cheng Tong card at east railway station exit J & H
  2) Buy train tickets to Shenzhen at east railway station exit E, I & G
  Is the walking distance far between the exits J/H and E/I/G?
  
  I will be carrying quite few large luggages with me. Please advise.
  
  If it is far, would you kindly recommend me where I should return the YCT card (before going to east railway station) as I will be staying at 2nd Workers' Cultural Place. Thank you very much :)

• 1). Yes, you can return the card at the Customer Service Center near Exit J and H.
  
  Or, you can take metro line 2 from 2nd Worker's Cultural Palace Station to Gongyuanqian Station, and return the card at the Customer Service Center, Gongyuanqian Station near Exit J.
  
  2) These exits are within walking distance. But I am afraid that you cannot buy the train ticket at Exit E, I, or G. You need to buy the ticket at the Ticketing Window of East Railway Station.
