  How long should it take for me to apply for a student visa after i got a red stamp two month ago?

  Hello,
  I Am a Ghanaian, who got admission to do my Master's in China. I got a red stamp in my passport when going for my student type. I want to try again but I don't know when to do it because of the red stamp at the last page of my passport with a date in it.
  When can I try again?
