  How to handle visa requirement for entry when crossing from HK via MTR?

  I am a Malaysian passport holder on a free & easy vacation to HK next month for about a week. I am planning to take the MTR/subway on my own to visit Shenzhen Window of the World and all checks say I can apply for a visa at the border crossing. Just for comfort's sake, can anyone share how painless this experience is? Or what should I be prepared for?

• Yes, you can apply for a VOA at Luohu Port. You need to prepare your valid passport; completed application form, and CNY 168. It just takes a couple of minutes. Take it easy! :)
