  can I obtain a VOA at Macao Aiport ?

  I am citizen of Ukraine. I have a confirmed air ticket and I am going to visit (for tourism) Shanghai - Macao - Hong-Kong. I am flying from Moscow(Russia) to Shanghai ( no entry permit needed as I am qualified for 144-hour visa-free Transit), then from Shanghai I am flying to Macao ( I have a confirmed air ticket ) and then, I am going by Ferry to Hong-Kong ( no entry permit needed to visit Hong-Kong for Ukraine citizen); and finally I leave Hong-Kong to Moscow (confirmed air ticket). So, for this trip only Macao entry permit is needed.
