• Yes, you can apply for one at CVASC in Singapore! You need to prepare these documents: your passport and copy of its data page; completed application form affixed with a recently-taken passport-style phot; valid stay permit in Singapore; round trip flight booking and hotel reservation.
  
  A regular service takes 4 working days, and costs 90 Singapore dollars. An express service takes 3 working days, and costs 145 Singapore dollars. An urgent service takes 2 working days, and costs 180 Singapore dollars.
