Question about China Embassy in Japan

  Apply for Visa to Hong Kong from Osaka, Japan (attend an Academic conference)

  Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Vietnamese, a graduate student at a university in Osaka. I am going to present at an international conference in Hong Kong next month, and I have already received the invitation letter from the Organizing conference Commitee.
  Please let me know what documents I need to prepare, and where I apply for the visa to Hong Kong.

• You can apply for one at Consulate-General of PRC in Osaka. You should prepare these documents: your passport and copy of its data page; completed application form affixed with a recently taken passport-style photo; valid entry permit in Japan; and the invitation letter.
