- Hi, there! I didn't find out which emperor built the most of the Wall, but based on historical records, the length of Wall sections constructed during the Han Dynasty is the longest compared with other dynasties.

- I'm not sure which emperor did most of the wall, but I can tell you that it was emperor Shi Huangdi from the Qin dynasty who first ordered construction of the Great Wall.
