  Where can the people apply for Chinese visa living in Nara prefacture

  Hi,
  I am Naveen from India, living in Nara prefacture. I am here for 2 year to study in Nara university. I am going China to attend a conference. I want to enquire that about the consulate office for applying visa. Please help me.
  How many days it will take to get the visa.
