  Can I bring 15 bottles of spray perfumes on my checked in luggage from Dulles airport to Beijing

  Hi! I have 15 bottles of Victoria secret spray perfumes that I want to put in my checked in case from Dulles airport to Beijing and Beijing to phillipines.Am I allowed to bring those stuff

• You should be allowed to do it, but I heard if the total value of the same item is over CNY2,000, a declaration and taxation are required.
