  Can I bring household appliances such as rechargeable vacuum cleaner or drone from China to Singapore or Malaysia?
  
  Is there any paperwork or additional fee needed and what's the procedure if there's one?

• If you bought them in China, you might need to declare them when you entering Singapore or Malaysia. You don't have to prepare paperwork in advance. Just go to immigration check point when you arrive at the destination to make the declaration and pay the tax. I didn't find out the taxation of the two countries, you may call their customs to get the certain answer. May help!
