Is a crew visa in an old passport still valid?
Hi. Please help me. Is a crew visa in an old passport still valid? Crew member has a new passport but the crew visa is in the old pspt.

- i'm afraid not, i think you need to consult the Embassy to see if the old visa can be renewed, if not, then you need to apply a new visa.Answered by Hebe | Aug. 31, 2010 19:43
- it should be valid. as long as the old passport is still effective in date, meaning not yet expired! Anyways, how did the crew member get the visa stamped if he/she did not have enough number of months left in his/her passport? usually, there should be at least 6 months left in a passport before a visa can be stamped.Answered by Jane (Philippines) | Sep. 01, 2010 03:08
