  Hi, I did not know to declare my possession of USD120,000 upon exit and all my money was confiscate

  How can I claim to get my money back?

• U can present a proof that turns out your money is legal gains in China. Then there is possibility to retrieve it.

• Go to the customs where your money was confiscated and try to retrieve it. You need to pay 10% commission fee and the money still cannot be taken out. That is too much!
