  How long does it take to get a China visa in Philippines?

  Hi. would like to know how long does it take to get a visa? My new passport would be release by the Sept 20th and the company who would be sponsoring me need me to be in mainland China ASAP. How much is the additional fee for the rush procedure? This would just be for a L Visa. Please help me as the company needs the answer immediately so they could calculate the exact date they can set the meeting. Thanks.
