  If rejected on VISA what paperwork is required for a misdemeanor in China over 30 years ago?

  My boss is going to China. He was rejected because when he was an 18 year old, he stole something from the hotel, paid a fine and got a misdemeanor. What paperwork must he present in order to interviewed when he has to be interviewed in NY?

• You need to ask for a police record from the police station of your community. Then present it during the interview. Then the visa application will be successful.
