Question about Shanghai Pudong International Airport

  Arrive from Melbourne on Chinees Eastern

  Arriving with a CE- MU flight and continuing on a KLM flight to Amsterdam, do I have to go through security, collect my luggage, and proceed to KLM desk to check in?
  If so, how far from security check after collecting suitcase to KLM check in desk? and then proceed to
  appropriate gate.
  This to calculate time to catch my flight.to Amsterdam

• Ko, you need to go through security, immigration check, quarantine inspection, and then recollect your luggage and go upstairs to 3F to handle check-in procedure for your onward flight. Generally, the whole procedure lasts for 3h.
