  my tourist visa is denied for unknown reason?

  hi i had my z visa expired from xiamen and went back home(PH) then i applied for tourist visa after 3 weeks,with my friends invitation letter but application got denied for unknown reason..when can i try to apply again? does the denied visa will affect my new visa application?
