  i have been denied a student visa

  please I had an admission into the Shenyang Agricultural university and I've been denied a visa is there anything I can do or the school can do to get me a visa?

• Michael, the school only provides you documents and certificates used for the application, but does not get the visa for you. If you fail to get it, you may consider applying it through some agencies.

• Michael, I heard one needs to wait for 3 months to apply again. But it is advised you call the embassy for a certain answer.
