  Can I get a HK visa from Shenzhen?

  I have a tourist visa for mainland China, visiting Shenzhen. Therefore, I want to visit Hong Kong too. Is it possible to get a pass to Hong Kong for foreigner visiting mainland China. Thank you. Regards,
