  How to get my 2 power banks returned to me on my return trip?

  Apologies. I am not aware that i cannot check in power banks in the luggage bag.
  Can I collect my 2 power banks at the Guangzhou airport on my return trip on 8 November 2018? ETA arriving via CZ 3397 at 1455 hours on 8 Nov 2018.
  Power banks were removed from both my luggage bags on 2 Nov 2018.
  Appreciate your kind assistance and cooperation.

• Hi, usually, you could not get your power banks back after they were confiscated. You can try to contact the airport to see if you can get them back on your return trip. TEL: 020-96158
