the bus departs from Terminal 2, so you may need to go to T2 first.

I think Anne's answer do need some clarification. Bit late for SK but may avoid confusing others reading this. We arrived at T1 on Sunday and caught a 925 bus there. The stop is the first of a line of bus stops (by direction of travel) outside the airport (round the bend on walking out in the open of Arrivals). We didn't have to pay but then had to get off at the next stop (T2?) to transfer to another 925 bus to head to People's (Renmin) Sq. There's an on bus conductor at the back. Who takes both cash or can scan the local metro Travel Card (like Octopus/ Oyster cards- for those familiar with HK and London).
The bus I was on don't really cater for passengers with luggage but the best spot to store them is by the row of seats behind the conductor over the wheel arch.

i also found some information about bus No. 925 departing from T1, so confused.
but i just heard that there are free shuttle buses between T1 and T2, so it will be more conveniet.
