overstay for 1day
Hi,
Being unaware about the expiry date, I landed on 12th March 2017 and had booked flight for returning back on 12th May (visa was for two months). I had flight connecting flight from ring to Hongkong and then to Mumbai. The flight was on 3.30pm in beijing and from HK was at 10.00pm on same day on 12th. It was not airline fault and was told by immigration office that I had overstayed for one day and was given a form for signing but no fine nothing.
Is there any consequences on my next Z visa in 2019. If any what might be?
Probabilities of visa rejection. And any ban on reentry?
What should I quote the explanation of overstay in my next visit application.

- It's possible for you to apply for a Chinese visa again after you prepare all right documents. You don't have to worry about the one-day overstay. If they ask you about this, just be honst to tell them.Answered by Will (AM) | Dec. 18, 2018 00:45
