Question about Chinese Jade

  i have a white jade panther with a butterfly on it.

  I am trying to figure out if the small panther sculpture is from a certain dynasty, I am quite curious as it has been in my family (3-4 generations) quite a while. I have no clue on the panther's background beyond that other than the fact that my great grandparents bought it, unfortunately I cannot find out when or where they bought it from. I do know that they have a rich background that would allow them to buy this sort of thing.
