Question about China Customs Declarations

  Want to bring 35000 RMB to Russia

  I have studied in China, Qingdao and collected 35000 RMB from scholarship. I want to take it as cash to Russia. Is it possible? Do I need to go to customs in advance or I can declare the cash at the airport?
