i would like to know if for example honey and marmelade are considered liquids and if it is allowed to carry on the airplane

- Yes, liquids such as honey and marmalade if in small volume are allowed to be taken aboard. But you are suggested to put it in a vessel less than 100 ml. If you want to take a large amount, you can check it. The free allowance for checked luggage is 40 kilograms (88 pounds).
