  Can my husband take a visa upon arrival at Hongkong?

  My husband is nigerian and he want to go to hong kong and china for some days can he take a visa upon arrival? and in case can he extend it?

• he need to apply two visas, one is for HK, and the other is for mainland China. and he need to apply them before departure.
  i've no idea about whether he can extend them or not.
