What's the weather like in Hongkong in Dec?

Hi guys, can you help me?

I'll be visiting Hong Kong at December.
And there're 5 questions I want to ask.

1) Will they be summer clothings on sale?
2) What's the weather like?
3) Can I wear Long sleeves, long jeans, without feeling hot?
4) Is the food there delicious?
5) Will I be able to buy snacks(chocolate, sweets, chip) and many others?

i hope the cat was not killed~~`:)
let me ask you Qs:
1) there will be summer clothing on sale;
2) the temp. is usually 60 - 69 F, and mostly sunny days;
3) your clothing is Ok, but i think you may need a coat or jacket;
4) HK food is very delicious;
5) you can buy the snacks.
