  Does the Chinese embassy in Kuching offer Hong Kong tourist visa?

  Hi, I'm a foreign student studying in Swinburne uni Sarawak, i love travelling and touring,i v traveled and toured the major tourism -attraction site and location around Malaysia, now i intend touring Asia, i was in Singapore 2months back and it was breathe taking, my next destination is Hong Kong but from my finding it seems Hong Kong doesn't have a consulate here in Malaysia thus, one has to apply for visa through China embassy, what i will like to find out is this, does the Chinese embassy here in Kuching offer Hong Kong tourist visa whereas i don't have to travel all the way to kualar lumpur to apply for visa?
