  Is there a train schedule on the internet that shows which day the trains operate?

  I understand T164/T165 runs only on even days in May.
  
  We would like to take the train from Shanghai to Lhasa, departing on 23MAY.

• if it runs on even days in May, i think you may reschedule your departure time, may one day earlier or later.
  here is the train schedule of T164, but there's also no information about which day it runs
