  What is the best way to get from Disney Hollywood hotel to Kowloon Hotel?

  Hi
  What would be the best way to get from Disney Hollywood hotel to Kowloon Hotel. We will be traveling with a 2yr old and will need the stroller for the day.
  I have looked at the MTR however we have the change trains twice before we get to the Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
  
  Any help would be greatly appriciated as we need to meet a tour bus at 8am.

• The hotel seems to have free shuttle bus to the Disneyland City-bus terminal where you can take bus R8 (the first bus at 6am) to Lantau Link toll Plaza and change to Bus A21 to Hiton Hotel in Nathan Road. Kowloon Hotel is just in the opposite side of the road. Hope it helps.
