  Does Zhengzhou University offers urgent financial support or locans for foreign students?

  Am graduate and i would like to study in china at zhengzhou university . i also want to find out if the university assist overseas students financially in case of urgent financial problem. Morover does the university offer student loans to overseas? i would to hear from soon
