  Which itinerary is better for Yangtze Cruise Trip in Jun, upstream or downstream?

  i will take a Yangtze Cruise Trip next June, but not sure which itinerary is better, the upstream or the downstream?
  also there are some attractions in the cities along the river, does any one know how long will i stay in each attraction?

• i prefer downstream;
  usually, you will go to the Fengdu Ghost City (3 hours), Baidi City (2 hours), Shennongxi Stream (3 hours) and The Three Gorges Dam (2.5 hours).
