Will it create any problem if I stay at China for 14 days?
hi,
I came to china having 1 month of visa validity .But in hongkong airport immigration they have marked like "visitor permitted to remain 14 days from the date of entry".Now I am planning to leave china and my chinees visa not yet expires but i stayed in china more then 14 days .will it create any problem while crossing china border and immigration office in hongkong airport?please reply as soon as possibleAsked by biswajit panigrahi (India) | Dec. 14, 2010 13:19Answer Question

actually, if you want to visit HK, you need to apply a HK visa which is different from the visa for mainland China, but as an Indian passport holder, you are exempt from HK visa for 14 days, that is to say, you can be visa-free in HK for 14 days. i believe the mark you got in HK airport means you can stay in HK for 14 days without a HK visa, which has nothing to do with your mainland China visa.Answered by Rose | Dec. 14, 2010 18:59
