Question about China D Visa (Residence Visa)

  Is this temporary residence permit enough as the proof of residency stated neccessary to get married in China?

  I am american citizen who has been traveling to Beijing for the last 8 years with F visa.I want to get married in China to a Chinese national,who lives in Beijing.My visa is issued each year for 60 days at a time,and when I stay in Beijing a register with the loacl police and recieve proof of temporary residency.Is this temporary residence permit enough to satisfy the proof of residency stated neccessary to get married in China?

• No, temporary residence permit seems not necessary, you have to prepare thefollowing actually: Single Status Certificate, Birth certificate, Three official style photos of the couple together – shops doing visa photos do these and know the required format, Passport and the fee.
