Question about China Customs Declarations

  Will I have a hard time bring a few computers thru Shanghai customs?

  I am visiting shanghai in a few weeks to see friends living there. My company has an office there and has asked me to check in my luggage a few computers to drop off at the office there. They are not very expensive machines (less than $1000 US). Will I have a hard time bring them thru customs. My company has aofficial office in shanghai that I will be leaving them with.
  
  I am also traveling with an iPad, a personal laptop, and my iPhone. Can I bring these items with me as well. These will be coming back with me.

• For the computers that will be dropped off at the Shanghai office, you'd better ask your company to provide an official proof. For your personal things, you can take them when enter China and take away when exit. Remember to make a declaration to the China customs. You may have to pay some tax.
