  Will that be too cold to visit Tibet (Lhasa, Tsetang, Gyangtse & Shigatse) in the middle of April 17-23?

• It will be still a little bit cold in middle April in Tibet, but not too cold. You'd better wear woolen sweaters and thick coat.
