  How's the weather in HK at the end of December?

  Hi, I will bring my family to visit Hongkong from 31 Dec 09 - 4 Jan 10. How is the weather going to be? I'm bringing 2 kids (aged 10 & 6), is the weather ok for them? Should we bring our winter jacket (as if we will go to Europe?). Secondly, is new year celebration festive in HK? Many thanks for your help, we can't wait to go there! :)

  The temperature of Hong Kong during the early January will be between 14 and 19 degrees Centigrade (57-66F). So the winter jacket should be brought. Hong Kong holds activities for New Year celebration every year.
