  What costume should I prepare in Hongkong from 13-19 Feb?

  I will be in Hongkong for training from 13-19 Feb, What costume should I prepare? is it normal to wear a boots for going to the office?

• You should a suit plus a down coat to keep warm if you will go to the office. I think boots are ok in office.
