  Considering the tourist attractions and weather, is Qingdao or Shijiazhuang better to visit?

  Good day, i am taking my daughter for stem cell treatment in china and i would like to know which city between Qingdao and shjiazhaung would be a better place in October 2009. Weather and tourist attractions?

• Qingdao is a coastal city. So the best time to travel there is in summer (July and August). The popular tourist attractions in Shijiazhuang are Zhaozhou Bridge, Mount Cangyan and Mount Tiangui.
